This place will help you get in touch with nature. The air smells so much cleaner. Bring your student ID to get a discount.

This is an incredibly fun spot to play in the forest! It's fantastic for kids and photographers, but it is expensive. They do offer a discounted ticket for later admission in the day which is worth getting. You'll have enough time for your visit and as it gets closer to closing, the park empties so you can get better shots across the bridges. I'd say this is really fun and worth doing once.

This family owned site is a top destination for tourists. It's a bit pricey for some but is really well done with history displays, tree walk, lovely walks with spectacular views of the Capilano Canyon, another of North America's long suspension bridges, restaurant and gift shop.

If you're into heights, make sure you visit the famous Capilano Suspension Bridge! If you're afraid of heights and don't like to stand on a swaying bridge, avoid at all costs! The suspension bridge is truly a work of wonder, standing as high as the shoulder of the Statue of Liberty, and able to hold the weight of an army of elephants - it truly is awork of engineering! Stand on the swaying bridge and marvel at the natural beauty all around you. Make sure to visit the treetop adventures and walk over the mini bridges of a giant Ewok village amongst the trees, high above the ground! Amazing natural beauty and a feat of engineering make visiting the Capilano Suspension Bridge a must-see visit for all tourists and locals!

The Capilano Park is absolutely beautiful! You do have to go over the bridge to get to the majority of the park, which is terrifying if you don't like heights like me, but it is most definitely a memorable experience. Especially the cliff walk!!

The suspension bridge is an impressive bridge! It was lovely to walk through the tree tops and the best bit was the cliff walk!

Perfect for a day in the nature with children. Tips: get there early in the morning, better on a weekly day, so you'll have time to explore all of the walking tracks and learn about plants and animals (either reading the information panels along the broad walks or listening to the talks given by the rangers). The "Treetops Adventure" was my favorite part: a trek across a series if 7 suspension bridges attached to trees way above the forest floor. (4stars only because more suitable for kids than for adults, Canadian $ 40)

Experience the sensation of the walking across a long high suspension bridge spanning a deep ravine in North Vancouver, then take the amazing 'Cliff Walk' built into the rocks. This is another one of Vancouver's best-known tourist attractions.

Very easy access from Haddon House - about a 20 minute drive.

A must see in Vancouver. A beautiful rainforest just mins from downtown. Set aside a few hours to walk around the park, there's shopping and quick dining. The grounds are well kept, clean bathrooms, well marked trails, and fun displays. It's a tad pricey to get in, but once you're inside you'll forget about the cost.

It's Vancouver's original tourist trap. While the new additions are fun, it does not negate how pricey admission is. If you've got money to spare, by all means visit. Otherwise, Lynn Canyon is free & the suspension bridge is just as good.

While it's one of the main tourist sites that people visit when in Vancouver, at $37.50 per person I find it super overpriced. Sure, its fun for tourists that aren't into the great outdoors but for nature lovers there are so many more wild forests and parks that I find much more fun and less crowded! Lots of activities for kids as well as lots of toilets and places to get snacks.

One of the most epic experiences in Vancouver, whether you're a tourist or a local! Capilano Suspension Bridge is located in North Vancouver, not too far from Downtown. It is a quick commute with a car, or you can also reach it by taking the Sea Bus from Waterfront Station and then commuting with the public bus. Best of all is the free shuttle that leaves from Canada Place, though! Tickets can get a bit pricey to actually get into the bridge, particularly if you're in a large group, but it is worth the price! Walk along what might feel like a tight rope and look down into the canyon! An unforgettable experience that you'll absolutely want to document with some great photos.

If you’re feeling up for an adventure, the Capilano Suspension Bridge is conveniently located on Vancouver’s North Shore, yet feels like it’s a world away. There are plenty of trails to hike, viewpoints to take in, and, of course, the iconic suspension bridge itself to cross. Thrill seekers will also appreciate the nearby zip lines and world class mountain biking trails. I always feel miles away from the city in this lush green getaway even though it’s only a half hour from downtown Vancouver, making it the perfect afternoon escape.

Capilano Suspension Bridge is one of the must do attractions around Vancouver area. It was originally built in 1889. Even if you're afraid of heights, you can tightly hang on as you walk slowly across this swinging bridge.
