experience is more than worth the price: In addition to the opportunity to see a historic church completed in 1732, here you can also experience a fascinating array of religious art in the cloisters, a three-story museum of objects, documents, etc. Save time to experience the altar, too, as it combines European styles with High Incan silver. While here, you can also visit the cemetery and its many historic graves.

The Iglesia Nuestra Senora Del Pilar was built early in the 18th century. It is one of the more important Iglesias in Buenos Aires. When I was there in 2010, a high ranking military man's funeral mass occured at this Church.

Lovely church located next to Cementario de la Recoleta. We met a man at the Etoile Hotel who suggested we visit the church, as the interior is lovely. He was not wrong.

Local from Buenos Aires, Argentina
