Toronto Pearson International Airport Information
Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ) is easily Canada's largest, busiest and most well-known airport. The airport is located about 23 km from downtown Toronto and consists of two terminals. Air Canada uses the main terminal, Terminal 1, and WestJet and Delta both use Terminal 3. The terminals are connected by a free train.

Generally, taking a taxi to downtown Toronto will cost around $60 CAD. Depending on the time of day, the ride could take an hour or longer due to Toronto's heavy traffic. Avoiding the traffic is possible by taking the Union Pearson Express Train. A ride into downtown Toronto via train takes about 30 minutes and will cost $12. Trains arrive at the airport's Terminal 1 four times per hour. Car rental is also an option if you want more transportation freedom. Rental service counters can be found at each terminal.
