Air conditioner PTAP unit rattled and curtain blew when it was running. Half of one outlet next to the bed didn’t work and none of the switches turned it on. I found the bed comfortable but my spouse did not. The room was very clean as was the breakfast area. The breakfast selection was better than average and the coffee was surprisingly good. Staff was efficient and friendly.

Roaches in my room number 128.

Roaches were in the room and when I politely notified the hotel manager with videos I was then charged an extra $39.20 for my service animal ☹️ the hot water knob in the shower is backwards hot is cold and cold is hot it took a while to figure out. I was completely taken back by the unprofessional mannerism of the hotel manager.

Unfortunate we are very sorry you were upset and would not answer the 2 questions we are allowed to ask about a service dog per the ADA. We do follow all ADA guidelines when it comes to service animals. Unfortunately, there are a lot of people that say they have a service dog when they do not, and it does make it difficult for those who have a true service dog.
That is why it is very important the questions we ask are answers correctly.
We will be using your feedback to make improvements, so that we can provide exceptional experiences for our guests.

Room was nice, internet was great and free parking. Plus there was a continental breakfast which was a nice surprise.

Horrible mildew and customer service

Horrible mildew smell and very high humidity in the room.All of our clothes and the bed covers were damp.Very bad customer service with young girl on the morning staff.They did give me a bottle of Fabreze to help but not a chance. Alot of better places across the street.

Thank you for sharing your review with us, I did my investigation, and I do see the front desk offered you to move your room and at the time you did not want to, we also informed you that we were almost sold out and we may not have a room later on. You did come down later on that night and you were informed we did not have a room as we sold out as the front desk agent explained to you hours ago. You came back down in the morning and confronted the front desk agent who had just walked in the door to start her shift and started yelling and raising your voice at her. You were asked to please lower your voice multiple times in which you still continued to be disrespectful. The front desk agent again let you know that she was trying to help you, but yelling is not going to get anything done. I do see the front desk informed you that if you continued with this behavior the cops were going to be called. Unfortunately, the police were called, and you were trespassed and removed from the property. We have zero tolerance for your type of behavior you showed in the lobby in front of other guest and children trying to enjoy their breakfast. We do hope you have a bless year.

Musty room

The room smelled musty, even with the humidifier they had put into the room. Alao you couldn't use your card to buy drinks from up front which was very inconvenient because we ended up having to get drinks from a gas station. Otherwise the room was clean as well as the hotel.
