The staff was top notch, very professional! Communicated in English! The Hotel is very nice, clean and quiet. The price is great! Well worth the visit!!

I had to have my room moved because the sounds from above were constant. No soundproofing in the hotel, never mind the outside noise, the inside noise was worse. The hotel staff were very accommodating and tried to move to a room a few floors above, however it’s not exactly a place to come if you’re looking for a peaceful holiday

Very very close to Lotte World Mall. And close to metro train station. A lot of food stalls around.

Staff were so kind. They ran after me down the street to provide me with a hand warmer as it was very cold. Hotel is very comfortable and good location.
