Great stay for MotoGP

Had seven nights stay with a group of 9.
Great location short drive to for MotoGP Sepang International circuit. Shopping centre and lots of small shops close by with lots of different, eating options and markets.
Rooms, spacious and clean well appointed. Great swimming pool was used every Day by us all. Would stay there again for sure. Easy location for day trip to Malacca and KL

Very Poor Management

Avoid! I’ve used these types of setup previously without any issue and assumed this would be the same. How wrong I was! Upon arrival I was taken to the wrong building - Not terrible, but not great when you are lumping two heavy backpacks then told to walk half a mile to the right tower block.
Eventually I got to the room and it was okay. It was a standard apartment with facilities and air conditioning. The toilet however hadn’t been cleaned! Hmmm! Rolled my eyes and cleaned it up and went to bed where I decided to book another night here as my flight home the following day was late. Booking process was the same and off to sleep I went.
I woke up, went to the gym and upon return had three maids trying to get me to check out. I showed them the booking and a lady called my phone. I believe her name was Mono (?) This is where I encountered a rather unusual approach from someone supposedly in customer service. I politely reminded the lady I’d booked another night and she was aware of my booking, yet she said (shouted at me) You leave that room and check in another one at 3pm??
Her irate approach was something I’d not come across before. I asked her what the problem was and she continued to shout at me to change room immediately! There was no reasoning or understanding as to why I had to change room and then check back in as the booking process was the same as the first night. The lady’s attitude was appalling. I really don’t understand why she was insisting on me moving room and more concerning for me was her whole manner - Possibly the rudest person I’ve ever encountered in twenty plus years of using hospitality.
Oh and one last point - It uses KLIA in its description. Well it’s not! It’s around 15km away from the airport!!

We like the decor of the apartment. Bed is clean and toilet is clean. However, there was a cockroach infestation. I killed 2 roaches and counted 20 more. Also, internet was not working and I contacted owner to address, but there was no reply. Hope owner can deal with this soon.

This place could be ok, but first we got an apartment with no WiFi. That’s a problem when traveling internationally and we had no way of communicating. The air conditioning didn’t work. The beds are way too hard for our taste. The water boiler had a European style power plug and didn’t fit in the Malaysian power outlets. When we contacted the owner with our issues, first they told us someone would show up at a certain time. We were there waiting for an hour and no one showed up. When we contacted them again they ghosted us. There is no reception here so if things doesn’t go as planned, don’t expect any help.
