Hotels in Nassau

Nassau is the capital of the Bahamas and one of the top tourist destinations in the Caribbean. With direct flights to Nassau on offer from Canada and the United States, getting here is incredibly easy. Of course, the main reason people come to Nassau is to enjoy the sandy beaches and turquoise seas. And while you will likely spend most of your time relaxing on the pristine sands that the Bahamas are known for, Nassau itself also includes a number of cultural and historic attractions that are worth a visit, such as the pastel pink Parliament House and the highly entertaining Pirates Museum.

Nassau and nearby Paradise Island are packed with hotels, ranging from budget-friendly accommodations to some of the most lavish resorts on the planet. With Skyscanner's hotel search feature you can find the perfect place to stay during your Nassau vacation.

High-End Hotels

Atlantis Resort is a destination in and of itself. This sprawling resort is one of the most famous hotels in the world and features a large aquarium, dolphin sanctuary, casino, boutique shopping, a vast array of restaurants, and countless pools and beaches for guests to enjoy. There is also a waterpark with a famous glass waterslide that takes brave souls through a shark tank. A spa is also available, along with a comedy club and night club for the adults to enjoy.

Sandals Royal Bahamian: while the Atlantis is truly unforgettable, its Vegas-style atmosphere and kid-friendly environment may not be to everybody's tastes. For those looking for a romantic retreat on their vacation then the Sandals Royal Bahamian, an all-inclusive resort open only to couples, may be a better choice. Located in the Cable Beach area between Downtown Nassau and the airport, this resort features golfing, scuba diving, a private beach, fitness centre, gym, and much more.  Rooms have their own private balconies, many with ocean views.

British Colonial Hilton is one of the few large hotels located in Downtown Nassau itself, meaning that you can still enjoy the sites and sounds of the city while also taking advantage of many of the amenities one would expect from a resort hotel.  The hotel has its own private beach, from which guests can enjoy parasols, beach volleyball, ocean kayaking, and snorkelling. Guests also get to enjoy a fantastic buffet breakfast.

Mid-Range Hotels

Holiday Inn Express and Suites also enjoys a great location in Downtown Nassau and is just minutes away from the Pirates Museum and the National Art Gallery. While the hotel doesn't have its own beach, public beaches are nearby. The business facilities, such as meeting and conference rooms, make this a great choice for business travellers. A wealth of shops and restaurants are located within walking distance.

Red Carpet Inn Select is located near Montagu Beach, which is still within minutes of Downtown Nassau but often overlooked by tourists. The hotel is built around a courtyard with an outdoor pool and tropical garden and each room comes equipped with a microwave and refrigerator. Many sites and amenities are nearby, including Paradise Island, a shopping centre, and Retreat National Park.
