Hotels in Perth

Perth is Western Australia's capital and by far its largest city. Long a distant settlement on Australia's hard-to-reach Indian Ocean coastline, today Perth is a booming city thanks to the mining industry of Western Australia. As such, Perth attracts migrants both from within Australia itself and from abroad. This is a thoroughly modern city, with glass skyscrapers dotting the skyline and large parks for residents to enjoy. Undoubtedly, however, the main attractions in Perth are the beaches, which are widely viewed as some of the best in Australia. Combine that beachcomber lifestyle with a fantastic climate and thriving music scene and Perth is easily one of the most laid-back cities in Australia, where surfers and business people mix frequently.

The cost of living in Australia is already high, but thanks to the mining boom it is even higher in Perth. That means that finding a cheap hotel can be a bit of a challenge. However, it is by no means impossible, and there are plenty of hostels in particular that cater to the young backpackers that flock to the city. Furthermore, if you are looking for high-end or mid-range hotels then Skyscanner's hotel search feature can help you find a great place to stay.

High-End Hotels

Como The Treasury is a new, modern hotel located in one of Perth's few remaining 19th-century buildings. Mid-Range Hotels

Some of the rooms even have private balconies with superb ocean views. For those renting a car there is free parking onsite.

Basic Accommodation
