Offering affordable car and van rental throughout the UK and overseas, Easirent has a presence at all major UK airports. It's open seven days a week and offers a simple, automated rental system with online reservation and provides unlimited mileage for all car rentals across its many locations.
Easirent Car Rental is owned by the Hanleys, a family with more than 25 years of experience in the rental business. Nick Hanley, the present chairman, opened the first branch in 1987 on the site of the family hotel in Standish. Easirent remains a very family-oriented business and is run by Managing Director Paul Hanley.
The company is open seven days a week and offers a no-fuss rental service over a wide range of locations. No deposit is required, although you must reserve your rental with a credit card. Easirent will take a Pre-Authorization from your card for your car rental although this may be waived if you take advantage of their Daily Excess Waiver. Easirent cars can also be taken out of the UK as long as you provide your own European roadside assistance coverage.
When renting a car at the airport with Easirent, you'll need to make sure you have some essential documents with you. These include, your full driver's license (both parts if it's a UK License) and a second form of ID, such as your passport. If you're a UK resident, a bill or bank statement will suffice. You will also need to bring a credit card or debit card in the driver's name.
To rent a car from Easirent, you must meet a number of requirements. For a start, you must have held your driving license for a minimum of two years and it must hold no more than 6 points. There are also some potential age restrictions to bear in mind as Easirent's standard minimum age limit is 25 and it's maximum 75. On occasion, some exceptions can be made.
