Harbour Air's terminal for Maple Bay is located at the Maple Bay Marina, right on the water. The terminal is fairly small but is in an ideal location, only about a five-minute drive from Maple Bay. By car, the terminal is also only about ten minutes from Duncan, B.C. and about 45 minutes from Nanaimo, B.C. There is a shuttle bus available to take passengers to downtown Duncan for about $20 CAD, but reservations must be made in advance. There are no car rental companies directly at the terminal but there are a few companies within Duncan.

The Maple Bay Marina is filled with amenities to make your trip more comfortable. All passengers will have access to complimentary wireless internet as well as to a covered patio and barbecue area. Upon arrival, you can also shop for treats, groceries, and souvenirs at the Mariners Market or take in a full meal at the restaurant and pub. The restaurant offers lovely views of the boats and seaplanes in the Marina and specializes in delicious seafood.
