Sitting a mile from city centre, Northern Maine Regional Airport at Presque Isle is a convenient, 5-minute drive out of downtown. PenAir is the only one airline serving Northern Maine Regional Airport at Presque Isle. This Alaskan-owned airline provides flights from Presque Isle to Boston's Logan International Airport (BOS). As of February 2018, no other routes were being offered.

To arrive in Presque Isle from Canada, you'll have to fly into Boston first and catch a connecting flight to PQI.
