Davao International Airport consists of one large, modern terminal building that is capable of handling up to 4 million passengers annually. The facility features four jet bridges and two Arrivals lounges: one for domestic flights and one for international flights. The airport is completely computerized and designed to efficiently handle up to four million passengers per year.

Davao International Airport is situated in the Buhangin district and connects to central Davao in 30 minutes to one hour by car, depending on traffic conditions.
